Leghe are multi-purpose vouchers issued by LANGA Corp. Srl pursuant to art. 6-quater of Italian Presidential Decree 633/72, as introduced by Legislative Decree 141/2018 implementing Directive (EU) 2016/1065.
As multi-purpose vouchers, at the time of issuance (purchase) the applicable VAT treatment cannot be determined with certainty, since Leghe can be used for services subject to different VAT rates and regimes. Therefore, VAT is not applied at purchase but at the time of actual use (redemption).
The base value is 1 Leghe = EUR 0.05. The effective rate is determined by the LegheIndex, an internal index updated daily with a maximum variation of ±12% from the base. The applied rate is shown at the time of payment and in the Account transaction history.

After each payment with any method, the user receives a Leghe credit based on the Network:

Leghe never expire. The balance remains available in the Account wallet indefinitely, unless the Account is closed by the user.
Leghe are non-refundable under any circumstances. The user acknowledges that, at the time of purchase, the value is immediately credited to the wallet and cannot be converted back to money.
Leghe are not transferable between different Accounts, unless expressly provided by specific Service conditions.
In case of voluntary Account closure, the remaining Leghe balance is forfeited. In case of closure due to Terms violation, the balance is cancelled without refund.
